Selective Pallet Racking

Double Deep Racking
Designed to increase storage capacity, double-deep racking system is capable to store two pallets deep in a single-entry rack or four pallets deep in a double entry rack. This system is particularly beneficial when the throughput is low while the fast movement of pallets is not critical. A special reaching truck with double-pantograph or extendable fork is used in this racking system.
Very Narrow Aisle Racking
Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking systems feature aisles that are marginally wider than the loads, making full use of roof height to create ultimate storage capacity for space-concerned customers. The system maintains the essential 100%-accessibility and outstanding goods protection feature to ensure quick picking rate and flawless stock rotation. Pallet Flow Racking
Similar to Push Back racking Pallet Flow again is designed to offer maximum storage capacity by using up only minimum space, Pallet Flow racking system consists of blocks undivided by aisles. This system is designed to efficiently suit the storage of products in large quantities in a first in first out system. Picking and storage is facilitated by placing pallets on side of the rack with the pallets using gravity to flow to the picking side, this is all done without the forklift trucks entering the racking system minimizing damage.
Push Back Racking
Designed to offer maximum storage capacity by using up only minimum space, Push Back racking system consists of blocks undivided by aisles. This system is designed to efficiently suit the storage of products in large quantities ina first in last out system. Picking and storage is facilitated by placing pallets on the first trolley while pushing pallets already in the rack back, this is all done without the forklift trucks entering the racking system minimizing damage.
